Yeah, I remember the Hatcher and Rathje signings. Would have been solid pickups BEFORE the obstruction crack down. However, even though Hatcher did provide some leadership and toughness, both ended up being bad deals.

Thanks for posting. I'm dense, why are the % and number ranked not correlated? |

It is percentage of the vote in that particular poll (1st overall, 2nd overall, etc).

Nice!
Personally, I'd probably flip Konecny and Ghost and maybe Aube-Kubel and Hagg, but all in all, pretty much dead on, IMO |

I wouldn't of included Marti or Alt personally. I'm cool with the the first 8, after that I'd do everything much different.

Yeah, he could. But for now, I'd still rank Morin ahead of him, though that could certainly change as the season progresses.

Nothing was weirder than the retirement of goalie Jeff Hackett due to the condition described as "positional vertigo"

That or he's just hoping he's in the NHL come October so why bother.
- BiggE
I think we all hope that!
I just dunno where there is room with all of the other contracts. Plus, as we know, Hexy likes to move guys along slowly so that their growth is not stifled. |

Going back to the BSchenn discussion from the last thread. This is the type of return I'd want if we were trading him.

El Nino! Interesting return. Might work for both teams. Nino is a natural wing. As much as I've hoped to see more from Brayden, I still think he has a touch more value than Niederreiter. |

I could get behind a Nino for Brayden deal. Earlier in the summer, before he re-signed with Zona, I was hoping to see some sort of deal involving Schenn for Boedker. Im a big fan of his game, and much like Schenn, I don't quite think we have seen his ceiling yet. |
